Siyan Fan

Siyan Fan (she/her) joined Global Energy Monitor as a Researcher for the Renewables & Other Power team. Prior to joining GEM, Siyan worked as a Policy and Media Fellow at the United States Hydrogen Alliance, where she supported hydrogen advocacy through policy analysis, research, and communications. She holds a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University and a B.A. in Global Political Economy from Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan.
